Shipping
Nothing is more important to us than your complete satisfaction. That is why we take great care creating our chocolates and hand packing your order. Please note that all of our chocolates are shipped via local, two-day or overnight methods due to perishability.
SHIPPING CHARGES:
We offer a variety of Flat-Rate shipping charge starting at $15.00 for USPS Priority Mail as well as several FedEx shipping options. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.
WARM WEATHER SHIPPING:
We guarantee your chocolates will arrive in excellent condition, even in warm weather. We will pack your order with ice packs and insulated packaging to prevent your chocolates from melting. There is an additional $10.00 charge for warm weather packaging. We recommend alerting gift recipients that a package in on its way so that it is not left outside in warm weather for long periods.
SIGNATURE RELEASE:
FedEx has permission to leave a package at the delivery address when no one is available to sign for it. That way the recipient doesn’t have to be home to accept your gift and there will not need to be multiple delivery attempts.
PO BOXES:
Unfortunately we are unable to ship to PO Boxes. If you are able to locate the street address where the PO Box is located, FedEx will be able to find it.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Unfortunately we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Confection Care
Our confections are hand-made in small batches from the finest, freshest, and all natural ingredients. Our chocolates should be stored out of direct sunlight in a cool environment between 64° and 68°F. We do not recommend refrigeration.
To fully appreciate their quality and flavor please enjoy your chocolates within 2 weeks for chocolates, 1 month for caramels and turtles and 2 months for Sugah Bark

We stand behind everything that we make, our confections are hand-crafted and carefully hand-packed to ensure your order arrives at the peak of freshness. If your order does not meet your expectations, please call us at 800.266/6578, and we will do whatever it takes to make it right for you.
