During the warm summer months, the chocolate kitchen goes on hiatus.  To fill the need to create and feed people, we instead focus on baking delicious baked goods for local farmers markets.  We also accept catering orders for our baked treats.  CLICK HERE for local market dates/locations.

Summer time baked goods for your sweet tooth!  Summer Berry Crumb Bars; Dulce de Leche Brownies; Caribbean Rum Cake; Peanut Butter Nutella Swirl Banana Bread...these are just a few of the sweets and treats we take to the local market. 

 

Our Dulce de Leche Brownies are a decadent blend of caramel and rich Valhrona chocolate with a crunchy raw sugar top (not for the faint of heart).  Our Caribbean Rum Cake is NOT your Bacardi rum cake!  This heady cake is steeped in Mount Gay Black Barrel rum, aged for 3 days for perfect taste and texture.   Ohhh...and the Lemon Brownies!  Not really a brownie, and also not a lemon bar - these melt in your mouth bars are a burst of lemon with a tart lemon glaze.  One bite and you're hooked!
