We are a small artisan chocolatier located in West Bloomfield, Michigan. 

 

We create premium hand-crafted chocolates and confections using the very best ingredients and NO PRESERVATIVES!

 

Our offerings are inspired by the seasons using the freshest fruits, organic cream, farm fresh butter and local ingredients whenever available. 

 

All of our chocolates are hand crafted in small batches, using Swiss and Belgian chocolates.  Our artisan caramels are hand-stirred, cooked low and slow to create melt-in-your-mouth bits of caramelized cream that will be the best you ever tasted.

During warm summer months we close the candy kitchen for a few months and instead participate in local farmers markets - with tasty baked treats, bars, cookies and cakes.  Please check out the ON THE SIDE tab to find out more.
