Apple Cider Caramels

We start by reducing fresh apple cider down to a thick syrup, then blend it with organic heavy cream, pure cane sugar, butter and some warm spices. Cooked low and slow to form the creamiest caramels you've ever eaten, like a taste of apple pie in caramel form. Available in 1/4 lb, 1/2 lb and 1 lb bags.
